He identified nutrients that boost libido, stamina, and overall performance: vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, zinc, L-arginine, and niacin.
Chocolate and oysters? Surprisingly, not on his list.
What is on the list? Celery, asparagus, artichokes, avocado, onions, tomatoes, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, romaine lettuce, whole grains, fruits, nuts, chilies, herbs, and spices.
